    • Furniture and Fixture selection to tie the whole space together

  • This package Includes:

    • Black and White floorplan of two or more spaces

    • 2 high quality 3D renderings from multiple view points in each space. The final quantity of renderings will be based on how many rooms are requested.

    • Additional 3D Renderings

    • Furniture and Fixture selection to tie the whole space together

  • We will take your floorplan and images and create a 3D model of your home’s exterior! With your selected exterior materials (we can also suggest some if you’re unsure), we will create high quality 3D renderings to show you all of your options.

    This package includes:

    • 2 high quality 3D renderings of your exterior from multiple views

    • One revision if you’d like to see different finish options.

  • Option 1 - A Couple Tweaks: Have you found an "almost perfect" floor plan for your new build but need a few adjustments to make it just right for your family? Send it to us, and we'll work with you to customize it to meet all your needs, making it ready for your contractor or builder!

    Option 2 - Piece-It-Together: Do you love multiple floor plans and wish you could combine them into one, or maybe you have too many ideas for your dream home and can't decide which works best for your family? Share your ideas with us, and we'll help you customize the perfect floor plan from scratch, making it ready for your contractor or builder!

  • Furniture, fixtures & accessories are some of the most integral “final touches” of a successful space. If you need assistance selecting ones that will really make your home shine, look no further! We’d be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect pieces and provide sourcing in an easy to use, simple document!

  • Already have your space plan but want some specific cabinet details called out so your cabinet maker knows what to build? We’ve got you covered.

    We will take the measurements of your space and design a beautiful and functional cabinetry design for you! This will be presented in a PDF drawing package with high quality 2D elevations and floorplans for your cabinet maker.
